Congratulations to our neighbors, Becky and Vic, (aka Becktor) on their precious new arrival. Thalia Siena was born yesterday, weighing 8 pounds, 1 ounce and 21 inches long. Both parents and baby are doing great. We can't wait for them to come home so we can hold her and play with her and give her back to her momma and daddy when she starts crying!
