Talk about loss of inspiration -- when your workspace is in shambles! After a crop at a friend's house on Sunday, I was motivated to make more cards at home, but I needed to reorganize my space. The picture below isn't what I started off with...I promise, I'm not that messy! BUT, it's what happened when I began pulling things out of every corner, mixed along with "help" from Ronan. Doesn't look fun at all, huh?
Then, after hours and I mean HOURS of downsizing and purging, I finally ended up with a half decent space. I moved the iMac to the other side of the room, creating two computer work spaces -- so that when Ryan and I both work on homework or need the Internet, we have two places that aren't right on top of each other.
What should I do with that printer? It's been on the floor for 4 months. I used it a lot when I was in San Diego, but it's just more cost effective to just get prints at Costco, I think. I don't know. I think I'll just look at it for a few more months before I make a commitment to get rid of it.
So now that my space is more organized and open, it's time to scrap. Oops, I'm wrong. Little crazy man is waking from his nap, so I guess I'll just have to wait until another time...ahhh, what fun.
