Picture this:
Laughter from two happily playing children. A moment of silence. A 6-year-old girl screams at her little brother. You hear a small collision of a 26-page book to the arm of a skinny 6-year-old. Seconds later, a screaming and crying 2-year-old emerges from the room. And following him, is the 6-year-old saying, "I did not pinch him on the arm!"
Analyze this:
The 2-year-old does not have enough words in his vocabulary to even tell us anything happened to him. Who is telling on who?
